WASHINGTON, DC – January 12, 2021 – Today, the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation (NRAEF) announced raising $857,000 for the “Change Is On The Menu” campaign, supporting programs and resources to help restaurant workers get back to work and back on their feet.
Kicking off in conjunction with last November’s Giving Tuesday, individuals and some of the biggest brands in the industry donated to the campaign, including PepsiCo, Uber Eats, Tito’s Handmade Vodka, Moët Hennessy USA, Ecolab, TikTok, Land O’Lakes and Anheuser Busch/Bud Light. 100 percent of all donations support the NRAEF’s industry leading restaurant education and training programs.
“To all of our partners and everyone who has supported our mission, we say thank you,” said Rob Gifford, president of the NRAEF. “You are the heroes who are changing lives and making a difference.”
