National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation Hosts 2018 Armed Forces Culinary Forum

Exclusive weeklong training event pairs top military foodservice operators with industry’s best chefs and restaurateurs

WASHINGTON, DC – Thursday, November 15th – The National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation (NRAEF) is hosting the 2018 Armed Forces Culinary Forum, its exclusive week-long training event for military foodservice professionals.

The NRAEF’s event honors those who have served in the U.S. Armed Forces by offering attendees training opportunities and celebration events in Napa Valley during the week of Veterans Day.

Attendees will participate in hands-on culinary instruction, interactive seminars and mentoring sessions to build culinary skills they can apply directly to their current foodservice duties, and also offer them with insights towards future employment in the restaurant industry.
