Rachael Ray Foundation Offers High Schools $5000 Grants

Through The Rachael Ray Foundation ProStart Grow Grant, the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation will provide up to 25 grants for ProStart schools or schools with culinary arts programs, demonstrating a strong need to engage and educate high school students interested in exploring restaurant and foodservice jobs and careers.


Applicants have until 5 pm PST on March 1st, 2021 to complete their submissions for the NRAEF’s consideration.

Uber Eats Supports Restaurants with "Eat Local"

As part of its "Eat Local" Super Bowl campaign, our supporter Uber Eats has committed $4.5 million in microgrants to U.S. restaurants. The application window is open through 2/28.

Foundation Board Names 2021 Officers & New Members

Susan Adzick, president of McLane Foodservice, Inc., will serve as chair of the NRAEF Board of Trustees. Other Foundation officers include Vice Chair Kent Walrack, executive vice president, chief strategy officer of Lyons Magnus, and Treasurer Emily Williams Knight, Ed.D., president and CEO of the Texas Restaurant Association and the Texas Restaurant Association Education Foundation.
