The program is designed help members of the military community and their families seamlessly enter the industry’s workforce and reduce veteran unemployment.

ACTP enhances culinary proficiency through lectures, demonstrations, assessments, hands-on cooking, production exercises, and industry transition support.
Advanced Management Training Program
Each year, 120 service members from all branches attend the Advanced Management Training Program (AMTP), a three‑day industry training focused on front‑ and back‑of‑house service, production processes, basic operations, and current industry trends. Participants can earn a certification demonstrating their readiness to enter the civilian hospitality workforce.
