Advanced Culinary Training Program

The Advanced Culinary Training Program (ACTP) is a quarterly training course of instruction offered in partnership with the Culinary Institute of America (CIA) for service members of the United States Armed Forces.

The goal of ACTP is to provide current service members with an opportunity to improve their performance, enhance understanding, and develop the competencies, knowledge, and skills necessary to build and maintain a mission-ready workforce. The ACTP, offered quarterly, exposes service members to the CIA’s Pro Chef level one requirements, incorporating lectures, demonstrations, assessments, and hands-on cooking and production activities.
